Energy-first days for curious minds

Based on the last 14 days of check-ins
You don't run on a clock — you run on energy and interest. Your pool is full of things you could do. Check in with how you're feeling, and the app highlights what fits. No pressure to decide in advance what goes where.
Switching gears takes time — more than you think. Those 10-15 minute buffers between pinned blocks aren't wasted time; they're the space you need to let go of one thing and gear up for the next. Protect them fiercely.
Give yourself 2-3 task options per card. "Push: tackle report OR deep-clean kitchen OR intense workout." Having choices gives you autonomy and novelty, which makes engagement way more likely than a single rigid assignment.
Meetings, appointments, time-sensitive things — those get pinned. Everything else lives in your pool. The fewer rigid commitments, the less guilt when things shift. And they will shift. That's fine.
We tend to undercount our own output. Mark things as you go — with the time and how long they took — and they land on your week view at the moment you did them. Pinned or not, it's the same: what actually happened, not what was on the plan.
Some days your battery is at 30%. That's information, not a character flaw. On low-energy days, your pool defaults to drift and rest options — everything else stays one tap away under "the rest of your pool." Trying to force a push when you're depleted just creates shame spirals. Respect the battery level.
Journaling, therapy, learning, reflecting — these are growth blocks. They don't produce a deliverable, but they're some of the most important work you'll do. Give them space in your day without guilt.
Your day went sideways? That's not failure — that's life. Hit the "day went sideways" button and your remaining pinned blocks move back to your pool. There's no "ruined plan" — just a different day. Pick what fits the one you're actually having.
As you complete, skip, and check in with your energy, Wildbloom quietly watches for patterns — which block types you finish when your energy is high, which days you tend to skip a particular type, whether a streak is building. When it sees enough signal, it surfaces a gentle observation on your day view. They're noticings, not prescriptions — keep what's useful, ignore what isn't.
Wildbloom stores your data securely in the cloud so it syncs across devices. Here's what we keep and for how long:
Cleanup runs automatically each night. Insights are computed from your own events only — nothing leaves your account and no model is trained across users. All data is protected by row-level security — only you can see your own data. We never share or sell your information.
New events found — choose buffers and review any conflicts.
You followed a reset link, so let's lock in a new password before you continue.
We'll email you a link to set a new password. The link works for one hour.
This permanently removes your account and all your data — blocks, reminders, energy logs, calendar connections. Cannot be undone.

We collect only what's needed to run the app on your behalf. There are no analytics scripts, no tracking cookies, and no cross-user model training.
Account information (required for sign-in):
App content you create:
Calendar (only if you connect a calendar):
Notifications (only if you enable them):
What we do NOT collect: location, camera or microphone access, contacts, photos, files, biometric data, payment information, advertising identifiers, or any data about other apps on your device.
Your data is used solely to provide and improve Wildbloom for you specifically. We use it to:
We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any cross-user analysis. Insights are computed against your own events only — there is no shared model.
Your data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL hosted on AWS). Row-level security is enabled on every table, meaning only you can read or modify your own rows.
All data in transit between the app and our backend is encrypted via TLS (HTTPS). Data at rest is encrypted at the storage layer by our infrastructure provider. OAuth refresh tokens for calendar connections live only in the database — they are never sent to client devices.
We retain data only as long as needed:
Automated cleanup runs nightly. Sign-in security logs (IP address, user agent) retained by our infrastructure provider expire automatically within 30 days.
Wildbloom uses these third-party services:
We do not share, sell, or rent your personal data to any other third parties. We do not use any analytics or tracking services.
Deleting specific items. You can delete individual pieces of your data directly within the app, without removing your account:
Transient data such as daily completions, energy logs, done-list items, pomodoro sessions, and the in-app event log is automatically removed on a rolling schedule (7 to 60 days depending on the data type — see Data Retention above) without requiring any action from you.
Deleting your account and all data. You can permanently delete your Wildbloom account and everything associated with it at any time, directly from within the app.
From inside the app:
What gets deleted:
Retention after deletion: there is no soft-delete, no trash, and no grace period. Your data is removed within seconds of confirmation and cannot be restored. Routine sign-in logs (IP address, user agent) retained by our infrastructure provider expire automatically within 30 days; these logs contain no user-generated content and are not used by Wildbloom.
If you cannot sign in: email lillith@valkyrieremedy.com from your account email address with the subject "Delete my Wildbloom account." We will verify ownership and remove the account within 7 business days.
Wildbloom stores some data locally on your device for offline operation and to remember your preferences:
We do not use tracking cookies. The authentication token and event queue are cleared when you sign out or delete your account.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app. Continued use of Wildbloom after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
